DICKENSON COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ANTHORITY INDUSTRIAL SITE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES RED ONION INDUSTRIAL PARK The Dickenson County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms for engineering services for the final design for the development of a County Industrial Park including water, sewer, natural gas and broadband infrastructure improvements, as well as site development and access road construction. The required engineering services include basic engineering services, inspection services and any additional engineering services deemed necessary. Proposals will be evaluated and scored on the following factors: 1. Experience with similar projects. (25 pts.) 2. Familiarity with Dickenson County and its existing infrastruc ture. (25 pts.) 3. Familiarity with VCEDA, ARC, DMME and other potential fund ing sources. (10 pts.) 4. Qualifications and availability of personnel who will work on the project. (20 pts.) 5.
