Details for SMYTH CO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

In August of 2020 Smyth County was awarded $400,000.00
in grant funds from the State of Virginia to partner with
the local food pantries to bolster the pantries operations
during the COVID 19 pandemic.
This project will involve the purchases of bulk food from
local providers (stores/farmers) to feed approximately
2,000 low-to-moderate income individuals per month.
In order to comply with the grant requirements, Smyth
County would like to ask you to please provide a quote for
the cost per pallet of can / boxed /Dairy / Meat / poultry
goods of your company brand for the following items or
mix there of:

Green Beans
Peanut Butter
Chicken
Pork
Peas

Rice
Beef
Corn
Macaroni
and Cheese

Eggs
Mixed
vegetables
Soups / canned
pasta meals
Milk

If possible the County would like to purchase multiple
pallets each month.
