5.07 acres of wooded land with frontage on Big Reed Island Creek. Bidders
have the opportunity to purchase individual offerings, or both offerings.
Both offerings will remain open until all bidding is complete. Bidders who

each offering.
Terms – 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to final high bid to arrive at
contract price. Earnest Money Deposit of $5,000 per lot required on day of

Pick-Up will be on Wednesday, December 15th from 9 AM - 5 PM
In person pick up is recommended. If shipped, buyer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for items
and will not hold auction company liable for any damages or lost shipments. Items will be shipped with
basic shipping insurance. If buyer would like special shipping, buyer may arrange for and pay for their own
packaging and shipping.
Minimum shipping charge of $9.20 will be charged if shipping is requested. Larger packages will be determined
based on current USPS rates.
Auction starts ending at 6 PM EST with a soft close. Please note that if a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes of
bidding, the clock will be extended an additional 2 minutes.
Pick-Up will be on Wednesday December 15th from 9 AM - 5 PM EST at 102 S Locust St Floyd VA 24091
