The Ultimate Doors tribute returns to The Lincoln Stage
The Ultimate Doors will perform at The Lincoln Theatre on Saturday, May 16, at 7:30 p.m.
A Lincoln Theatre news release said, “The Ultimate Doors is the only tribute of its kind to have completely mastered the band's emblematic 1960s psychedelic sound. With intense attention to detail, The Ultimate Doors delivers a raw, authentic rendition of hits like Break on Through and Riders on The Storm. Every piece of equipment and clothing has been craftily selected and coupled with the mannerisms of each band member to recreate their wholly transcendental concert experience. Even the renowned, primal voice of Jim Morrison and his unpredictably theatrical stage presence are executed flawlessly.”
Last year, attendees praised The Ultimate Doors, and the group became one of The Lincoln Theatre’s most requested performers.
Back by popular demand, The Ultimate Doors plans to deliver an experience that even rivals the performance that marked their Marion debut in 2025.
Tickets for this performance begin at $32 including fees online, by phone, or in person at Lola’s at The Lincoln.

“Cory brings a rare combination of operational credibility and leadership development expertise to the Association, and we are confident in his ability to lead us into our next chapter. We also want to thank Director Schrad for her leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the police profession which shaped the VACP into what it is today, and express that we are deeply grateful for her service,” said Chief John Clair, VACP president and Blacksburg Police Department chief.
