Monday evening was peaceful along the Riverwalk in Marion. The
surroundings told of summer slowly giving away to fall along the
Holston River. Last week, a Marion Town Council member said that
some citizens won't visit this area because of encounters with
individuals who are homeless and argued in support of a loitering
ordinance.
