Weatherization Program
Clinch Valley Community Action, Inc. is accepting
applications for the Weatherization Program in
Tazewell and Russell Counties. Must meet income
guidelines. The Weatherization Assistance Program
reduces household energy use through the
installation of cost-effective energy saving measures,
which also improve residents health and safety. For
