For three days, parts of Buffalo were paralyzed by heavy snow. Across the county, driving bans were implemented. There was even an overnight walking ban in South Buffalo, beginning Thursday night and ending Friday morning.
Now, with a big melt and anticipated flooding ahead, Western New Yorkers rush to shovel themselves of their snow-covered abodes.
