BRISTOL, Tenn. — Two realtor organizations have merged to create a new firm that will expand through the Bristol-Abingdon area.
Jones Property Group LLC was created through a partnership with Anita Morrell and Liza Conway, co-owners of Realty Executives Bristol, and Carol Jones, of Jones and Associates Realty Inc. in Abingdon. The merger was finalized on Sept. 28, and the combined company will be one of the largest real estate brokerages in the region.
“This new firm … will blend the talents and staff of over 50 of the most well respected, experienced and accomplished real estate professionals in our marketplace today,” Morrell said in a press release.
Jones added that the merger “will positively position us for the future by expanding our market reach and improving the services we are able to provide to our clients.”

The firm’s new headquarters will be located at the former Realty Executives Bristol location at 836 State St. in Bristol, with additional locations in Abingdon and at The Virginian.
