Lori Sheffey Janney Lori Sheffey Janney, 45, of Roanoke, joined granny, granddaddy, and Morris on Thursday, April 10, 2014. She is survived by her children, Logan and Ava Janney of Salem; mother and step-father, Sarah and Rodney Epperly of Austinville; father and step-mother, Ralph and Carrie Sheffey of Salem; sister and brother-in-law, Jodi and Jeff Hill; brother, Matthew Sheffey all of Salem; fiancee, Aaron Morris and his son, Dylan. She was known as Auntie to Hannah and Christian Hill and Lexi Sheffey; She is also survived by her beloved G. G., Janet Trail, Rhonda, Jordan and Dylan Balmer and Tyler Bunn; and former husband, Steve Janney. Her favorite activity was talking to her friends, Danny, Zack and Monica of K 92 Radio Station. She walked the Red Carpet with Robert Duvall and now is walking the Streets of Gold with Jesus. The family received friends Monday, April 14, 2014, from 6 until 7 p.m. at Oakey's North Chapel prior to the funeral. A funeral service was held 7 p.m. Monday, April 14, 2014, at Oakey's North Chapel where Dr. Leonard J. Adkins, longtime friend, and Pastor Bobby Lewis of Liberty Hill Pentecostal Holiness Church in Piney, VA officiated. Interment was held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at the Picket Cemetery in Carroll County. Arrangements by Oakey's North Chapel, 540-362-1237 and Reese Funeral Home, Austinville, Va. 276-699-6171.
