Early NFL Week 13 betting odds and lines

A rematch of last year's AFC Championship Game is in the offing in Week 13 as the Kansas City Chiefs meet the Cincinnati Bengals.

Quarterback Joe Burrow and the Bengals fashioned the upset, 27-24, over Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in overtime to earn a Super Bowl berth a year ago.

This week's game is vital to both teams current playoff standing. Kansas City is 9-2 while Cincinnati is 7-4.
