Matthew Alley didn’t get to treasure a senior prom photo of his daughter Olivia or experience her high school graduation this spring. The 16-year-old died last summer. However, her physical absence isn’t stopping her dad and other family members from joining an animal rescue to celebrate her 18th birthday with an endeavor to help an untold number of dogs and cats.
