Fall foliage is past peak in most of the Appalachian Mountains. However, that just means peak foliage is arriving in your favorite Southeastern city. Lee Weather Team Meteorologist Joe Martucci has a look at the current foliage conditions for Nov. 15 and the forecast going into Thanksgiving week.
Thomas J. Bliley Jr., Richmond’s mayor during an era of racial and political tension and a congressman for 20 years who led the House Commerce Committee, died at his residence in Western Henrico County Thursday, a longtime family friend said today.
